My Students' Speeches

Assalamu'alaikum readers.
This time I'll show you two of my students who are delivering their speeches. The speech is for the Speech Contest in Cirebon. Hopefully they can win. Amin. Here they are.

Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
Your honour The Board of Jury
Your honour teachers
I'd like to say thank you very much for giving me this opportunity t deliver my speech.
We have just finished the National Examination last month.
I really appreciate the committee for launching this event.
We can fill our spare time with a good activity, a speech contest.
Hopefully I could give my best.
In this good opportunity, I would like to speak about:
Goodbye Teenage, Welcome Youth
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Beneficent
Within days, we are going to enter the world of adults as graduates.
We are going to leave our world as high school students.
People say that, high school time has the deepest impression in their life time.
Oh my God, I'm going to know that.
What about you friends?
Do you have the same feeling?

Ladies and gentlemen and my fellow students
I have no idea about the world we are going to face.
Leaving school ... leaving teenage ... and entering this new world of youth.
We should be happy that we are going a step forward to a new step in our life.
But ... if we have no idea about it?
I must say, "Goodbye Teenage, Welcome Youth"
But ... what shall I do to welcome youth time?
Question ... question ... and question

Ladies and Gentlemen and my fellow students
Bung Karno, the founder of this country, said," Give me ten youths who love their country, and I'll shake the world". Freedom ... freedom .... freedom.
He was very optimistic that the future of this country is determined by the youths and the leaders. Only with ten youths, he can shake the world.

Ladies and Gentlemen and my fellow students
Oma said
Do you know Oma?
Yes ... Rhoma Irama.
He said:
Are you ready?
"Youth time ... is the most spiritful time.
Who want to win all the time ... though wrong they don't care about it..."
Are you like this ... friends?
I hope you don't. Let's become like Soekarno's young followers, who love their country, who can shake the world.

Ladies and Gentlemen and my fellow students
In a hadits told by Imam Bukhori, it is mentioned that, "Among the seventh groups, which are protected by Allah, on the day when there is no protection, is ... youth, who grows in dedication to Allah."
Alhamdulillah
We are protected by Allah ... as long as we dedicate ourselves to Him.

Ladies and Gentlemen and my fellow students
Before I step down, I'd like to tell you about the IDEAL YOUTH in THE EYES of ALLAH.
1. Brave ... brave in defending the truth ... not otherwise.
2. Ready and willing to accept responsibility. Whatever the consequence is.
3. High curiosity. Always want to know, especially new knowledge.
4. Keep faith and good deed to other people.
5. High motivation and hard worker.

Ladies and Gentlemen and my fellow students
That's all I can say to welcome our youth time. Hopefully this will be a good advantage, especially for me, and for you. Thank you very much for your attention. Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
